David’s background

In September 2018, David joined the BrightMinded team and quickly became a valued member of the team, helping out with support tasks for a variety of different clients. BrightMinded gained a full-stack developer who is skilled in both front-end and back-end languages, with expertise in JavaScript, React, PHP and WordPress. David is a conscientious, self-motivated and driven member of the team and is passionate about learning and self-development. He joined BrightMinded after tutoring Functional Skills IT, Maths and English.

David’s interest in computing began at a young age when he had to figure out how to make games work on the family computer. From there he went on to study a Foundation Degree in Computer Games Development, followed by a BSc (Hons) Degree in Internet Computing at the University of Brighton.

In his spare time David enjoys learning about science, psychology and philosophy, and trying to understand how the world works.
